Workmanship Guarantee

At GCW Engineering & Machinery, we take pride in delivering high-quality engineering solutions. We offer a 12-month workmanship guarantee on all new custom builds and major projects. For general maintenance and repairs, we provide a 90-day guarantee.

What’s Covered:

  • Defects in workmanship on new installations (12 months)

  • Maintenance and repair work (90 days)

  • Labour and materials supplied by GCW

What’s Not Covered:

  • Issues arising from third-party alterations

  • Damage due to misuse or neglect

  • Work not performed by GCW

If you experience any issues within the guarantee period, please contact us immediately. We’ll assess the problem and, if it's covered, rectify it promptly.
